Following the success of Magnate’s first foray into Byron Bay with the Byron Bay Luxury Beach Houses, a new development is being planned at 67-71 Shirley Street, comprising six double storey beach homes, each featuring four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two-zoned living areas, large open entertaining deck, private pool amongst lush tropical landscaping and double car garage.

Collaborating again with Beach Architects, the design is all about bringing the verdant, warm feel of Byron Bay into the open plan, light filled interiors.  Features will include use of plantation shutters, ceiling fans, stone and timber feature walls, large expansive open areas that seamlessly integrate into private alfresco zones with daybeds and cooking facilities.

Construction to commence early 2015.
