A boutique development comprising 36 apartments and four retail shops, the Longford Apartments were built over five levels plus a basement carpark, combining progressive architecture, sophisticated interiors and expansive outdoor entertaining areas. Apartments range between one and two bedroom configurations, with four exclusive penthouse residences.

Formerly the Longford Cinema, the development maintained certain elements of its rich history within the entry foyer and lobby. Brilliantly positioned atop prestigious South Yarra Hill, the Longford Apartments rise above the Toorak Road retail façade, and present views towards Fawkner Park, the Yarra River and Melbourne CBD.

Co-designed by leading architects Ascui Edwards and CHT, the design of each apartment was carefully detailed to capture optimum light and views. Generous bedrooms feature vast windows that embrace the vibrancy beyond. Bathrooms were stylised and simple; and living, dining and kitchen areas feature generous open plan spaces and innovative storage options. High quality stone benchtops, Miele appliances and integrated dishwasher and refrigerator units created a modern and streamlined effect.
